App was showing offline while web interface was showing online

Hi there,
Has anyone encountered the same problem which I mention on the topic?
I cannot use the app to control the gara door due to offline but it’s ok on web interface.
I tried to uninstall app and re-installed but the problem still persist.

Yes, sure. But I do not have itunes email.

You have to have an account with Apple in order to download the apps from their marketplace.

Please go ahead and install TestFlight from the iTunes and you’ll see Garadget app there.
