[ question] Larger Laser Target Tape?

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to purchase a larger laser target so I don’t have to keep constantly adjusting my Garadget (not Garadget’s faut). Something like 8"x8" would be perfect.

I searched ebay for “reflective tape” then filtered listings by location (US) and then sorted by lowest price. This looks like ok option for small quantity with fast delivery. If you just need few more tags like included in the kit, please PM.

Hi, @chadinark, You have a spare one in the kit and you can put it overlapping on the side where the beam is going off the first one. If you’re going to make a new one, the regular retro-reflective tape or retro-reflective tags will do. You can find some in your local hardware store or online, like this one.

I just put a couple of these on my door and they work fine. I think you can buy reflective tape as well but I think it’s more expensive Uxcell Car Reflector Sticker white plastic adhesive

Hi. I had a similar issue. My garadget was attached to the garage door opener and would move. I moved it to a beam nearby and that solved the issue.

I don’t know if that’s what you are experiencing nor if this is possible in your situation, but thought I’d suggest it.
